Unless there is something I don't understand, once you remove the AMP from a factory equipped CVO with the AMP, the radio doesn't play at all. Please tell me if there is something I'm missing...I sent you guys an email a couple days ago and was told you don't repair these AMPS. Bob
Remove the amp from the system and see if the defect still exists.
We've seen that defect with both the amp and head unit.

Radio will play fine. You need to wire the speakers directly from the radio

Replaced the POS Amp with one off a 2012 CVO Street Glide and now it works fine. Wish there was an aftermarket Plug and Play replacement (most won't match-up well with the 1 ohm Harley speakers). HD stinks for not recognizing the 60+ members here that have had a problem (and no doubt countless others) and not putting out a service Bulletin on these crappy Amps (at least they are consistent with their policy of burying their head in the sand/denial of inherent defects).
