Whats the Difference? SEPST 08B and 08C Tuners?

Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain the differences between the HD SEPST part numbers 32109-08B and 32109-08C
I'm putting it on my 2012 CVO Convertible and with both available don't know which one to go for?

I believe they added a filtering device.....nothing major as far as tuning goes
