If you have the "CVO Model Breakout" and you mean the Harley "SEPST" part # 32109-08C (the race tuner), Yes it will.

But you'll have to buy ($39.95) or borrow the new Tuning CD part # 32111-13
It's the only CD that has the correct Base Map for the CVO Breakout.

The Base Calibration you will need on this CD is CALIBRATION (or map #) 025CAY004

                                     YEAR                                      CONFIGURATION 
This Map is for /  "2012-2013 CVO Softail ---- 1800 CVO SE A/C & Race Exhaust"

As long as there is nothing else wrong the answer is yes.

You can adjust the % of throttle per amount of twist through the programmer.

My Breakout isn't due at the dealer till April (ordered in November).
So, I really can't answer that question yet, (won't know till I install my Race Tuner & Mufflers).

I'll have to go with what Mr. Warlock said unless I find out different after install.
I'm guessing he's correct.

Waiting for my Bike is Killing me but, just south of Cleveland, OH it's still snowy & cold so that's my consolation.

I had throttle response issues with 08 sg. had changed out pipes & brether with cobra tuner,(no luck) then mech  swapped it out for v&h tuner(no luck). dropped it in parking lot doing a demo for advanced safety riding class, in front of 2 other instructors & 10 others taking class. went back to h-d. they kept saying sert would resolve throttle issues. we went round & round. they repaired damage from drop (pain,etc), I agree to put sert on & do other engine upgrades, not paying for tuner until I was sure throttle response issues were resolved. 6 yrs now & no issues. (yes I pd for sert). Now have sert on 2012seuc. with cat removed. runs great.

I've had many Harleys over the years but this is my first DBW Bike. I'm glad to hear this because I only use Race Tuners on my Harleys.
I've been reading all the info I can on this "Hesitation". It sure sounds like it could get you in trouble on the road.
I can't believe Harley would put a bike on the street with that kind of problem. Or, does it only happen after we change the Exhaust without tuning?
