Full sac system with tts tuner
« on: March 18, 2013, 08:44:16 PM »

Hello all. I'm getting ready to change the exhaust system on my road glide. I'm looking hard at the full sac system and I have a couple of questions. If I use the tts tuner, is it compatable with windows 8? Also as far as baffles, 2 or 2.25? I have kerker stout 4" on now and love the sound of them. But I can't change the tips and I like the looks of the stock exhaust.
Thanks

I put a fullsac setup and TTS on my '12 and love it.  I loaded a canned map from Mastertune and the bike has been running great, but I plan on a dyno run once I put cams in next winter and have top end work done.  Good luck.

Why do you want them to look like stock exhausts?  I thought the stout is a good looking muffler, I thought I read they were quiet though, sort of mellow?  I have the fullsac set up with the 2.25 baffle.  I'm getting an itch to change it out, I like the sound and the way the bike runs, but for some reason I don't care for the stock look with the rounded muffler and heat shields over the muffler?

there are two different Stouts. There is the Supertrapp Stout which is I think 2db louder than stock, and then there is the Kerker Stout by Supertrapp which is louder with a very deep tone. At the time when I bought them it was a toss up between these and the CFR's. I chose the Kerkers because of the issues the CFR's were having with their chrome. I love the sound, but I want a contrast tip like the stock exhaust has and nobody seems to make one to fit the Stouts.
