Sorry if this is a repost of sorts as i have looked around and cannot find the exact answer to my question:

I have an 05 ultra with Screamin Eagl Slip ons (Bassani headers). I know the headers won't fit/work on the 110ci engine but couldn't I add the slip ons in place of the stock muffs? Not right away of course but after the 1000 mile service? Leave the pipes stock (for now) and add the SE muffs from the 05 without any other changes at first (air or SERT).

I was told by a service tech at a dealership they will not. I was told by Rick at SoftBrake that Basani has them now and he is gonna have a set for me at Biketoberfest which I will get as long as I have my bike. Going by your dates (ship date 9/14 and call date that it was in 9/23) I may get mine by 10/14 and am going to Biketoberfest 10/17... cutting it close, hope it all comes together!!
