Thanks Judy.  I was very surprised.  Hope the paint matches....Ginger has over 10K on her now so the paint has been exposed to quite a bit of sunlight vs. the new bag with fresh paint.

Hey Pete. No option on keeping the old bag cause I asked. HD wants it back to investigate what happened. Looks good and paint match was perfect on the new bag. Fixed the amp when got home so it won't move again this time.

This is related. Anyone having problems the the holders for the wiring inside the bag? Mine have been snapping off

Actually yes. I've had two of the plastic clips (one in each bag) break. A note on the replacement bag I just got: the clips in it were metal, not the plastic type. Maybe a change Harley made because the plastic ones were breaking.  I didn't notice if the '13 serk or serg had the plastic or metal clips
