DD BOSS FAT CAT UGLY GAP

ugly gap between header and muffler.
i loosen the muffler clamp and move the muffler to fix the gap
then tighten the clamp and it looks great.but when i take it for a ten min ride the gaps back.

has anybody had this problem i could use some tips.

Did you follow the directions as to which parts to tighten first? this will happen if there recommended install is not followed.

Muffler clamps usually can only be used once,then throw them away.They lose thier tension no matter how much you tighten them.
