Good LORD, man! Can't imagine getting caught in snow like that on a bike... especially a BAGGER. Good that you were able to get there and get the bike parked without further mishap. And here I am unhappy that its still only in the high 60s here.   :confused5:

Snow in late April is simply inconceivable to us Suth'ners! If they even MENTION the "S" word here in Atlanta, all grocery stores are swept clean of all food within 2 hours, and the entire metro area shuts down preemptively. They even cancel school for the next day upon even hearing that word in the forecast. Must be all of the hills and curves around here that makes it unsafe to run school buses and makes them do that, because I've never been able to figure out any other reason why.  :nixweiss:

I had to get towed off of Donner Summit in September when I got caught in a blizzard, so I know how you feel.  I like my home weather better

Tuesday 83, yesterday 79, today 31 with a winter storm warning, 6 inches on the ground with 25 mph winds= BLIZZARD!

That's in NW Missouri!  Parts of Iowa are getting over 15 inches!

I was in Northwestern Wisconsin - we received 17" of snow in 36 hours - and were without power for 33 hours!
