Just painted a set of fairing mount mirrors (Black Ice) for my '07 [smiley=cherry.gif]CUSE2. I had the paint scanned by a great paint shop here locally. They used a paint code from the PPG book (that they thought was Black Ice) for the first run and it wasn't even close. MOCO is really tight on the paint codes. I'd think that your best bet would be to have the colors scanned and paint a box to match. You would have some difficulty transferring the lock hardware due to different latches (unless, of course, you raped the leather box rendering it rather useless) JMHO

My leather covered CVO tour pak is OK to look at but really inadequate if you plan to travel. I've started the process of making mine detachable - relocating the license plate and installing detachable hardware. My intentions are to loose the amp and relocate the antenna under the fairing. I've got a King Tour pak setting in the garage to either have painted to match my haze or use as is in factory black.
The CVO guys at the owners breakfast in Rapid City told me they aren't big fans of the leather tour pak but can't do much to change it - it was Willie G's idea. Enough said.

If the MOCO  did offer a king, they would probley want twice as much as the leather, just to get some more of our $s

We removed the upper and lower liners from the tour-pak for the recent Las Vegas and Reno trips and stored just as much as we did on our 1999 Ultra. Even the saddle bag liners were removed for the extra room. See if this helps.  Wrongway

Am replacing the leather one with regular ultra tour pak.  Want the storage and more light in the back.

Actually you just need to order a fiberglass tourpak lock setup for your key, already talked to the dealer about it, simple to do and relatively inexpensive....compared to what the cost of changing the whole tourpak is.

Mike, how is the heck to you get those great photos to post?  You must have a camerman stationed at every curve on every back road within a 500 mile radius of home.  Seriously, they are great shots.  Guess I'm just jealous 'cause I'd like to have some too.  Can you send your photog to MV next week?  [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=banana.gif]

Its odd you guys want to change out the leather tour pak. The WHOLE reason I ended up even looking at the SEUC was because of the leather pak. I have fought with the locks/latches on my fiberglass tour pak for so long, always having to line it up, press down, close latches, smack em once to latch all the way, then fumble with getting the key out of the lock after locking it, I was intrigued (sp) by the whole shut it and its latched for ya! Then after falling in love with the CVO I find out there is a switch on the dash to lock and unlock the leather tour pak automatically???? !!!!! Yee Haw!!
Although because of the things I have learned on this site I will:
a) check and maintain proper trunk clearance to avoid rubbing.
b) add some lights to the back
c) remove upper and lower liners when in need of more storage for longer trips
