Fullsac stage 1
« on: June 30, 2013, 07:06:59 AM »

I have been taking some time to research the Fullsac Stage 1 setup for my 2013 CVO Ultra classic.  I am pretty much convinced that this is the set-up that I would like to put on the bike as I am mainly interested in shedding heat and improving numbers and sound.

Question 1
I see that there are different versions of the TTS tuner and I am curious if you recommend plugging the O2 sensor holes and running just the flash, or do you recommend utilizing the TTS tuner with auto tune and then install the new O2 sensors.  I am not experienced at all in the game of fuel injection and am not sure how the O2 sensors fit into the equation.  I would like the bike to make the adjustments as much as possible to account for altitude changes, weather conditions and such, but I am confused if I need the TTS tuner with auto tune to make these changes, or do I need to install the TTS flash and then let the stock Delphi unit make the changes by keeping the stock O2 sensors installed into the new X pipe.

Question 2
Is the X pipe shipped with new gaskets to mount, or shall I purchase these from the moco?

I thank everyone for their time and help on this project.  I am stuck in a hotel room all weekend out of the country for a work project and have read until my eyes are seeing fuzzy and I think these are the last two questions I have before I take delivery of my new bike next Saturday and start the modification process.

On Monday call Steve at Fullsac.
He has the answers and everything you need.
It's a great package he sells and I'm sure he can send you gaskets also.

Just got off the phone with Steve and I am sold.  Will be ordering this system next week after I take delivery of my new bike.  It sure is nice to find a business who is helpful and answers the questions the way that Steve did.  He has earned my business and I will be recommending him to the other CVO owners in my area.

Steve, you are a straight shooter, and for that, I am impressed.  You don't find that in today's business world much anymore.

Thank you

I think you're going to be happy with your decision.

The install is pretty straight forward.

After I did my install I posted some tips that I learned.
Here's where you'll find them here on our website:  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=66522.msg928388#msg928388

Did you go with the headpipe only or are you installing new baffles in the cans as well?

Good luck with the install!

Let us know how it goes.

And know you know why so many of us on this Site are repeat customers.  He is good to work with and helpful.  Plus his products work as advertised.

I used his products on my 09 CVO Roadglide, my 12 CVO road glide and my 13 CVO Road Glide, my wifes 11 street glide and again on her 13 Street Glide.

No doubt the best customer service I have ever been involved with. During my install a couple of years ago, made a stupid mistake. Called Fullsac and got it worked out fast. There are only to kinds of riders that tinker with their scooters.........those that use Fullsac and those that at some point will wish they had!!!
