2007 Pssenger Floorboard Adjustments
« on: October 15, 2006, 11:58:41 AM »

When I got my bike home last night my wife noticed that the floorboard on the left side of the bike was back and the one on the right was forward. when i tried to make the left match the right I could not as there is a little "tit" on it that keeps it from going any farther forward then this:

and as you can see there is a slight slant to the board (forward). Is there a left and right side to the adjustment bar? They are identical (left and right) so I could not move one and then the other. Others I see have been able to move forward and level along the primary like this:

What am I over looking  here??

Rob,

Have you loosened them enough to do the adjustments?  I'm not having a problem with mine but I noticed that you have to back them out quite a bit to move them to the positions you want.

Yes. I actually took them completely apart to see if maybe one side worked better on the other.
