Warped Rotors
« on: July 15, 2013, 04:36:50 PM »

I am being told that my left rotor is 2 thousands out of spec and the right is 5 thousands out.  Extended Service Plan is saying they won't cover until 8 thousands out.

Do I replace at my expense?

Do I ride it like it is?

Do I fight with dealer/ESP?

I appreciate your input.

You don’t stop riding because you’re getting old, but you get old when you stop riding.

I wouldn't spend my money unless the scooter felt unsafe. If there is jerking in the bars when brakes are applied, do something. They were most likely that way from the line so waiting for them to hit .008 may never happen. JMO of course.

Resolved!!

Dealer convinced ESP to replace right side.
