Any feedback on how this group is to deal with would be appreciated.

Not sure how they are to deal with. I do know they are owned by Power Motorsports. They also own Chandler HD and they are great to deal with.

They are owned by Ridenow Powersports, and owns several Harley Dealerships in  Arizona, California, Florida, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Washington. They are a Stealership, selling CVO's for a hefty markup. I have bought several bikes from them, but when I wanted to buy my 2013 CVO Roadglide Custom, they would not sell it to me at MSRP so I bought it at another dealer out of state.

My dealership here in Yuma tried dealing with them for my Krypto FLHXSE2 (they had a krypto and my dealer didn't) and they refused.

When I called HD of Tucson they talked about a mark up over MSRP for the CVOs that "everyone" charges because the CVOs are rare and highly sought after...but if I come in and see them, maybe they could work something out...

My dealer here finally got an even trade with Chester's HD in Mesa.

I would recommend my dealer here, Bobby's Territorial HD or Chester's HD in Mesa.

I KNOW Boby's is an MSRP dealer and I'm pretty sure Chester's is - either way, I wouldn't recommend Tucson.

while on a road trip in May this year my buddy`s bikes gear change came off the spline of the gearbox shaft, the tow truck got us there at 15 mins before closing time on the friday afternoon, the service dept was very helpful, the bike was up n running again by midday on the saturday morning after having the whole primary removed and refitted.   :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:
