I hesitate between Legend air and Platinum air suspension for my FLHRSE5.
Platinum can shrink down to 10" is that enough left for the tire not to rub ?

The tire will not rub with a 10" compressed shock on your 2013.

The swing arm makes contact with the frame at 9 1/4" and there is still clearance between the tire and fender.

Shotgun Shock is coming out with a new bagger shock shortly as well which will most likely stomp the Platinum.  I'll try to keep you guys updated on this as the shock bodies are just being machined, polished, and anodized right now.  I will be getting one for my bike.  I avhe no idea on price point yet but ran both Platinum and Shotgun on softail and teh Shotgun was far superior to the Platinum.
