It doesn't show new values. For used values it shows low retail value around 19,000 and average retail value at 26,025. Not sure how they came up with that number, probably not many used CVO Breakouts running around. Talked to a dealer in Fort Worth and he told me it would be fall before we started seeing true values for trade ins and prices for used bikes through NADA.

I think they are eager because they have a guy interested because he doesn't like the new paint schemes and asked them where he can find a 13.  If its not an even swap, I'm not doing anything.

There is no way I'd sell it outright for $23K!

It's a black and silver CVO Breakout with V&H Big Radius 2 into 2s.   It has just over 500 miles....

I thought you were willing to accept 23K for an even trade with your dealer. But you  set me straight.

I work weekends a lot.  I bartend as a second job....the money is great....just on the weekends

I broke down and bought a 13 street glide today. Still keeping the breakout. Gave 20k for it and the only thing missing is the security system. Now is a good time to pick up a 13 since dealers are trying to clear off the showroom floor.

My dealer told me to never sell the 2013 cvo breakout.
He said it will be a classic bike. First time Harley started a new bike as a cvo.
