I've been working with Haird on the order form for the patches. We are almost done, but are in need of the assistance of someone who is software savvy. I know this is a talented bunch, and that we have amongst our ranks, someone who can handle this with ease.

I am trying to make this as simple as possible for the manufacturer so that you get EXACTLY what you want when you place your order. I'd hate for your order to come back "almost right". A little assistance here can go a long way.

So please,....someone step up and help out.

Thank you.

Mark,

I'm no Bill Gates, but I'd be happy to help out if I can.  PM me what assistance you need and I'll try and lend a hand.

I've just started doing embroidery as a side gig. What kind of help are you looking for? I can create (digitized) embroidery files (vector graphics with sewing information). I know I can create and save a file in ".PES" format.  I'd have to take a look when I get home what other formats I can save a file as.

You can also save the color by manufacturer code (i.e. Madeira #40 Firefighter Red), and that would be included in the file. On my machine the color is a reference only, and the machine will "assume" you have threaded the correct color where the instructions told you to put them. In other words if it says needle 3 should be Madeira #40 thread, and you have it threaded with a black thread, it will still stitch the pattern, but it will be the wrong color.

Let me know what you're looking for, and I may be able to help.
