I have never seen an extended swingarm that is available for our newer touring bikes.  I don't remember seeing anything on the aftermarket either.  I would expect to see some for the drag racing enthusiast.  Where are you locating your info?  I would have thought this would have surfaced when some of us were dealing with the 30 tooth conversion and the broken belt issues.  A steering stabilizer that is made for our bikes would be something to consider.
