I have a pair of Linesman boots I bought when I was 19, they are still in great shape.  Wore them to race moto cross.  If I figure right they are now about 47 years old.   :nervous:

I have had a couple pair of Rocky boots for hunting. They were lightweight and waterproof but after awhile the steel shank would crack or break and made them squeak ;D everytime you take a step. Needless to say hard to sneek up on a critter when your boots squeak

Boots...I have a closet full....surprised  :huepfenlol2:

My 2 favorite for winter are Danner's, and Sidi's. Warm, dry feet, they have never let me down. My Danners are about 16 years old, and they don't stink  :bananarock:
The Harley boots I have tried are lacking in good support for my feet. They look pretty, but that's about it.

I've never had these, but I have heard great reports from the guys that ride a lot.  I think I'll try them.  They will custom fit them to your feet.

I've also heard that these are great boots:

I have a pair of HD FXRG Gore-Tex as my "winter booths". Rode 250 miles today. 40F when I started out and the last two hours was pouring rain and 37F, my feet are dry and warm.

I am going to put in the electrically heated insole for the weekend but I wanted to wait till it gets cold.

Rode in the snow yesterday, 32F, and 2.5 hour of wet snow made me feel that I should have put in the insoles earlier  :2vrolijk_21:
