[11 CVO Convertible]

I've been trying to pull my tune off my bike onto my laptop, but I can't get the Super Tuner to communicate with the bike.  When I turn the ignition on, my computer makes the noise signifying a new device has been plugged in.  The red led on the VCI (orange pro super tuner) lights up for a second and shuts off.  I have tried a second cable and it didn't help.  I'm at a loss.  I'm running Windows 7 and the bike is a 2011 CVO Softail.  The bike has been tuned with this Super Tuner by another tuner, so I know it works.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I know you are using  SE pro tuner...but with the TTS  I have to remove the speedo fuse  to disable the speedometer from working some how it interferes with the com to the laptop..if I had my bike here I would tell ya what fuse ..however I think its #8 instruments fuse hope this helps

''Accessory fuse''........the digital gauges rob the buss in the ECM and this interferes with the down load process.

Thanks guys!  I got it working.  I had to delete the VCI driver and ST software.  When I reinstalled it everything worked just fine.
