I am going Marelli to Delphi.

It will be a true Delphi conversion as part of my Zippers closed loop upgrade change over. The M&M and Zippers-Marelli ECM mounted on the right side, under the side cover. They are held to a plate (the side of the battery box) by two "ears" on the ends of the ECM that fit into rubber grommets, and secured with nuts. All of this is buried under wiring harnesses.

What does a '02 Delphi bike use to secure it's ECM to the bike? I'm looking for the best way to mount the Zippers ECM and keep access to the download plug.

You will need to buy the ecm holder for $7.00 from HD. You will need to drill the battery box and install bolts to attach it because that's how it's held on.
