I have no idea why you guy's go to the dealer for service in the first place. Warranty maybe? I never trusted the dealers from day one. All my service is done at a awesome private shop that actually does a ton of Harley warranty work. Never had a scratch, leak or screwed over with time lines. It's really a no brainer. The dealership is for buying shirts, led turn signals, and compensators. You will never get any respect there. Bunch of know it all ego maniacs.

My HD dealer is great, my BMW dealer not so much.

Concerned that I will get poor dealer service in MI, maybe it's time to hire a mechanic?
