Speaking of stepping in something then getting on your bike. I once stepped in somebody's discarded gum and already had it all over my floorboard. Walked over to nearby auto parts store and purchased a can of Turtle Wax bug and tar remover cheap and grabbed a couple paper towels and man that stuff just took the chewing gum off in no time hardly and work at all. Just thought I would share.

I've never gone through a fast food place on my bike, but I have a good friend who allowed me to literally ride shotgun on his Wide Glide through a farmer's corn field to hunt pheasants.  I had to hold my double barrel shotgun one handed.  It was a bumpy ride!

I have never seen anything about any problems with a scoot in the drive thru, but have seen several signs in Colorado against foot traffic, due to safety concerns. Taco Bell for one.
I was refused at a taco bell drive thru on foot, I had a semi tractor trailer on the street, they said against policy and only the drive thru was open.

I'm not aware of any "rule" that says an establishment will only serve people in a particular type of vehicle.  I've actually seen people on foot use the drive through btw, as well as drive through ATM machines and bank windows.

One negative I can think of is where you intend to place the food and drinks so you can ride away from the window.  If you have a BSR it may work, otherwise it could be rather dicey.

Rule?  We don't need no stinkin' rule!

Just be cautious/aware of where you place your feet while stopped... any areas where multiple cars stop (drive-thru's, toll booths, stop signs/lights, etc.) can leave oil deposits on the surface... just be aware and watch where you place your feet so you don't slip and also so you don't pick up any oil on the bottom of your shoes/boots and then place them back on your floorboards/footpegs.

On the other hand, this gives a great opportunity for an easy and impressive burn-out exit.  :huepfenlol2:

Burnout?  With an audience?  Who would do such a thing?  :o
