I am looking to upsize my front wheel to a 19" or 21" wheel. I would like to use the thunder star to match my rear wheel'. Is there one made for the touring bikes?

Not that I'm aware of. There is/was a single disc 21" but no dual disc. My reply is based on when I was looking way back when. I don't know if they ever made a 19" or a 21" dual disc since I was looking.

There a few wheels close or close enough as you don't see a whole lot of the rear wheel.
