Bassani Pro street on breakout
« on: January 09, 2014, 12:10:09 PM »

Anyone running this pipe?  Is it louder than V&H big radius to big shots?  I know performance will be sacrificed for the 2 into 2. Did it tune well?  Any Dyna sheets and advice are appreciated!!!

Anyone?   I'm concerned it will be too loud. Looks great though.

len,

I was debating back and forth with V&H and Bassani and what I did find is that the Bassani had a little more power than the V&H. A buddy of mine is running them on a rocker and they sound awesome. Too loud, I don't think so especially on a breakout.

I looked around for you but could not find it, but bassani pulls power sooner and drop out top mid range and overall more power. The V&H power had a smoother power and pushed out into top end before it dropped. I'll keep looking for ya, but I don't think you can go wrong..... :bananarock:

Thanks!!  Did you find the Bassani about the same volume as your set up?  Great looking bike. I've got the orange as we'll.

yeah, you really line them up there's not much difference but the Bassani has loud awesome rumble to them. I went with the V&H for the looks as you can tell I think most of the BO guy's did as well. I will be riding with my buddy and he has the Bassani and I didn't want him thinking copying his punk-azz, because I would not hear the end of it.
