Adjustable backrest

It looks like the backrest pads that go with the adjustable mount have changed design. I have a setup off of a 2010 with the Pillow design and  I am looking for a pad to match the cover design of the 2014 CVO Ultra, (comfort stitch) but the picture on the HD web of this backrest has a different steel tab design.

Anyone know of a way to lookup the catalog #'s of the older parts? Don't want to buy the whole kit again unless that is my only option.
