Here's my guess...building settled over the years, it's historic so nothing can be replaced...door had to be "adjusted" to fit the sagging frame/building because the door is historic, too and can't be replaced.....shot in the dark... :nixweiss:

Or take the hangover Friday reason... ;D

Upper right miter on door casing is a dead give-away to door being out of plumb.
