Bar Risers For CVO RK

Picking up my 14 CVO RK next week. Is it possible to put bar risers on RK? I can't seem to find any info on this. I don't know if its possible with the steering head cover.

I know on earlier models Some one made a cover that would let you put on risers but have not found one for the 14 Billy
