Thunder City Baffles for Screamin Eagle slip ons
« on: July 28, 2008, 07:09:12 PM »

Has anyone tried the Thunder City baffles for '08 Srreamin Eagle slip ons?  I am looking for just a little deeper tone than the stock slip ons.  I tried the new V/H monster ovals and it sounded like a Mack truck with a straight pipe (they were supossed to be radio freindly for cruising!!)  Appreciate any input.
Thanks hdgramp

If you are referring to Big City Thunder baffles then I don't think you want them.  I have not heard the product you are talking about specifically but I use their baffles on both my bikes for one reason only.  They are very loud!  From the pictures on their website I think these would be loud as well.

You should call them and ask.  They are very friendly and will be honest about what to expect.

I use their baffles as well.  If you had another setup that was too loud, these will more than likely be too loud as well.
