Question about HD Sirius/XM satellite radio kit

Want to install sat kit P.611 HD Catalog part #65404-06 on my wifes 2013 FLTRXSE2.  It says it won't fit.  Anyone know why?  The bike already has CVO speaker expansion kit (Back speakers).  On p.603 hardly anything will fit a 2013 FLTRXSE2.
