Ok so back in late April or May I went down and rode the twisted sisters out side San Antonio TX. I made a video and went through the whole proses of editing and now I'm trying to figure out how to email it to someone. It is to large of a file and the. When I use Dropbox or what ever they person can not open it. What is the fix for this??

You need to use a file transfer program such as "filezilla" https://filezilla-project.org/
It's free to download and is required on both ends.
The person your transferring to also has to have it.

Otherwise they need to be edited down to 15 minutes or less and uploaded to youtube for use.

Or you could use winrar and compress it down and split it into a few parts,  the receiver would also need winrar to decompress it,. Winrar has a free trial that works without limitations.
