Dyno Test! 2012 CVO, DX Pipe, 2.0 baffles, Tman 600!
« on: July 01, 2014, 07:24:20 PM »

Here's another before and after dyno chart from a Stage II CVO build with the Tman 600 cam.

Parts list
Fullsac DX Pipe
Fullsac 2.0 cores in the stock mufflers
TMan 600 Cam set
Delco lifters
Stock pushrods
.030 Cometic head gaskets
Very simple stage II build that makes big TQ very early crossing 100 FT pounds at 2300 RPM.
Exhaust note was extreemly quiet at hyway speed due to the big TQ providing an effortless cruise.

Special thanks to Dan Freitag of So Cal for riding with a Fullsac!

Steve, this is what I want. I just order the dx pipe an 2 in baffles, TTS set up for my stock CVO TG ULTRA 2011. On the same day you were doing this run.
Wish U were not so far away from Oklahoma.
? Do you think roller rockers would be easier on the valve guides and cause less heating of the oil?
? How long in advance does one have to make the appointment?
? Pm on total cost to put in the cam an tune.

Steve, these results and the ones of the other 600sm build you posted here are very impressive!  Did you happen to do CCP testing on either of these afterwards?  Perhaps before and after?  I'm assuming the heads weren't shaved.

The 600 and 625 both work very well. As you suspected the heads were not touched, just went to a .030 head gasket.
CC was not checked on either, but I would bet it was in the 185-190 zone. The stock 110s will crank close to 200.

Sorry for letting your post get dusty, I missed this one.

Roller rockers? Honestly never used a set. I'm sure in some extreme applications they have there place. I don't think oil temps are going
either direction.

Shoot me an email with detailed info for a quote and scheduling.  gofaster@fullsac.com

Thanks!

hi Steve,I'm thinking the same setup, but with 113 jugs and 10,5 comp, how do you think that will work?,by the way i live in norway so 99 octane is no problem, and is it the same BC on the 600 sm and the 625 from tman,.thanks.

The 113 with a 625 and a 58TB will see 120/125+ with ease and make power everywhere.
