Hope this helps, Go somewhere and see if you can test ride (Demo) another Bike just like yours.. And see if you feel the same pulsating.. Might have to find another Dealer..

Yup, what Lou said.  The best way to deal with that all-to-common "that's normal" or "they all do that" BS many people get from their lack of service department at the dealer is to tell them to haul out a selection of similar bikes and let you ride them.  If the problem is truly typical then every one of them should have the same thing when ridden under the same conditions.

I haven't ridden one of Harley's latest offerings with linked brakes, so I have no idea what kind of strange behaviors that system may present.  Harley has been known to screw up their original interpretations of other systems, like their first attempts at ABS, so you need some input from others that actually have a 2014.

What are the exact conditions when you get this pulsation?  Are you braking hard enough to possibly activate the ABS?  Low speeds, high speeds, etc.  If the ABS isn't the problem, then I'd strongly suspect a warped rotor.  A good dealership, versus the typical place, would do some simple diagnostics and measurements to find the cause.  No matter what any of them say, brake pulsation not caused by the ABS is not normal or acceptable.  You wouldn't tolerate it on your car or truck, and you shouldn't tolerate it on your bike.

thanks Jerry and Ghost rider, yea it does it at any speed and i know its not normal because it didnt do it for the first 1,500 miles now all the sudden its pulsating at any speed so much so that the whole bike vibrates and i can feel it in the handle bars. i know this is not normal so im gonna take it to a different dealer.
