hey guys im out on a ride and had a new tire put on about 2 weeks ago and now the front wheel seems loose and I want to check it but not sure how to remove the chrome bolt cover it does have the 54mm front inverted forks so the bolt is not exposed any ideas the cover looks like a plug but I cant get it to come out any help would be great thanks
and by the way yes I am a newbie from new Mexico Albuquerque to be exact lol hello and thank you for allowing me to join this site seems pretty cool.

well guys thanks for the help I just managed to stick a pick into the little screw hole and pulled back and the metal tab/cover popped off and all that holds it in is 2 rubber O-rings I checked the torque and its good and tight maybe just the new tire still seating the beads and adapting ?? thank you all
