What is the deck height on t/c 88 with wiesco flat tops?

it depends? seems the only way to really find out is install them and check it out.

Usually .002-.003" below, but DO NOT assume that.
Measure, and then you'll know, and machine if need be. :)

Deck height is from the center of the crank to top of cases where the cylinders mate. There may be slight variance in front and rear case height as well as the cylinders and pistons. For normal street motors generally ok. If your out to get every ounce
Of power then machine the cylinders for equal squish. Then cc the heads. Adjustments in valve seats in heads for rocker valve
Angle will also change cc some. A lot depends if it's street or race motor
