As a new person to this board as well as new to Harley Davidson motorcycle, I am hoping someone with experience can address the following question.  My 2014 Ultra limited CvO came factory equipped with the above referenced adjustable passenger floorboard mounts.  My passenger really wants the floorboards located in the position they would be in if the bike had the non- adjustable mounts.  Is there a item one could purchase to be able to connect the floorboards to the main mounting peg minus the 2 inch adjustable portion or does one just need to bite the bullet and purchase nonadjustable mounting hardward and  basically discard the adjustable mounts?  Why not just purchase the non- adjustable and move on? Because I made the error or ordering and attempting to install the Kuryakyn adjustable rider pegs, part $ 4505 and they only fit the adjustable mount arm.  Can't return the Kury's so hoping to somehow to make this work. Thanks for any insight any of you may have.  s

What exactly is she not happy with, the fact that the adjustable mount kit moves the floorboard forward compared to a straight solid mount?  If that's the case, try moving the mounts side to side (left mount on right side and vice versa).  If I'm visualizing this correctly, the mount would then have the floorboard 2" rearward in the lowest height position rather than 2" forward.       It's possible this would also provide more clearance between your leg and the rider footboard when you have your feet down on the ground.

Thanks Jerry for your reply.  I have done exactly what you have suggested and now the boards are two inches behind the standard setting.  Only problem is now the Kury passenger adjustable pegs cannot be  used as they cannot clear the rear of the floorboard.
