Not looking for free anything, muddypaws.  I have an unusual situation and need to speak to someone knowledegable. Since you are in VA, I'm not sure why you are chiming in?

Not the inspection dude.  But have had bikes inspected as I live here.      Post up or pm me and see if I can help you.
