Mastertune again

Hey guys have trouble downloading a Fullsac map my new 2015 RG Ultra and two others and can't get any support on the weekend. Windows keeps saying no interface and com port issue. Any help would be great.

Do you have the TTS supplied cable?  Have you done the interface update?

Is it showing up in under devices, and is it showing up in device manager?

Thanks Guys, mapped two of the bikes with no issues and had to do an interface update to do the single before it worked. All is good.
