I am a Red Sox fan. And I am rooting for the Royals. Amazing the turn around they have had there and how they are playing right now. I remember as a kid how dominant the Royals were at one time. They are like the Red Sox of last year. A team of destiny. Go Royals

The only thing that will hurt them is, if they sit around to long waiting for the NL series to end. Hopefully it will end to night.

World Series game one is 21 October whether the NL series ends tonight or not.  So the wait is the same.  Unless the NL series gets some rain outs and a long series.  Then the World Series could end in November.  Somehow it just feels wrong to have the Series as late as it is anymore.

I do not think they will have the players next year.  5 will become free agents on Monday.  I don't think the Royals will have the money.
