 Check this out. ( for those who never seen this before )  It is a base primer that emits light. Check out the results.  Out of this world man.

Yep, pretty neat ... I've seen that before, but that is one fugly gas tank if you ask me. If it's done tastefully it would be a good look. That stuff has been around for a little while, but it must not be catching on too well because I haven't seen it in person anywhere.
