Replacing worthless Air Temp Guage with Oil Temp!
« on: November 06, 2006, 10:17:23 PM »

I've purchased an oil guage part #75320-05 on page 500 in the new 07 catalog. In the package, theres a sensor that splices into the oil line etc...

There is a 3/8" plug in the oil pan, many members here installed the sensor there. See this thread for info:

There's a bunch of talk in there(19 pages worth) but the info is there....

Saw my scooter today and the the new oil temp gauge looks great. Sensor is in the oil pan and very happy with the turnout. Threw out the oil line connection. Very bad design for sure. Anyway, all good. Thanks for the information.
