California gun purchase question

From my phone so short and sweet. Purchased a gun, I'm in the 10 day waiting period now. Would like to back out of the purchase from this dealer but they say no. With all the crazy california gun laws I was thinking there might be something about backing out of a purchase. Any advice?

Better buy while u can  best to have a weapon than not  if its your 1 st weapon get proper training and know how to use it . if your state has conceal carry  take the required classes and get the CCP  and carry  ....

The gun laws have nothing to do with the stores refund policies.  You can get your money back if you don't pass the background check but you may have to take them to small claims court.
