Radar dectector for 2015 CVO RG

I was missing my old HD radar detector and mount from my 2001 CVO RG when I bought my new 2015 CVO RG. HD no longer offers this unit.

I end up with the Adaptiv unit rated for motorcycles (water and vibration resistant) I mounted it on the right dash and hard wired it to turn on and off with the bike.

It came with a remote LED indicator and this fit perfectly in the new top vent. You cannot miss this BRIGHT LED when the detector fires off. Photos attached. Note the LED mounted in the new vent.

These things pay for themselves fast if you tend to run a little above the speed limit!

This photo shows the LED lit up. Too bright to miss, even in direct sun!
