Sorry for the bad news and yourlosses, could be glad that it wasn't years of agony leading up to the same result. Very sorry

Life begins just outside your comfort zone and you havent lived until you push a full dress harley on a hot day up a grade because your low mile twincam fell apart, and your convinced it's to bitchen to leave it there.           Ugh pardon me but do you have any beer?

Sorry to hear the bad news about your buddy.

I told my riding buddy that he needs to do all the trips he wants asap. He is getting old and soon will be kicked to the porch and the rocker. All joking aside we should all get the best things done soon.

My friend was laid to rest this morning. I'm sure he's riding on the smoother path than I am in the future. I sure will miss teasing him about his goldwing even when he would run off and leave me. LOL Good Memories..........Thanks for the kind words.

Hey Ghost Rider
I am thinking he is up there getting the last laugh...running off again and leaving you behind in his dust on your slow H-D CVO.
I am however absolutely sure he will be keeping a watchful eye on you guys so as to keep you and your slow-ass Harley out of trouble.
He leaves you with the memories...the good ones and bad ones...the simple ones and meaningless ones. And out of nowhere, when one pops into your head, thats him sorta giving you a nudge...letting you know he is not all that far away.
Ride on Brother..and Stay Safe!

This is a sad story but all too often true. I lost a couple of good mates who were in there early 30's due to cancer and it certainly taught me to live for today and don't worry to much about tomorrow. This I have done for 60+ years but of course I didn't take into account that I might reach old age and need something for retirement. Now I'm trying to provide for that by working till I'm 70 odd. I certainly don't regret the path I chose and certainly would do it again. I have enjoyed all the toys over the years and am now really enjoying the FLHTKSE.

So sad to hear. You never know what deck of cards your life will be dealt from. Don't put off something you have always wanted to do as one never knows the future.
