See there......try to give you guys a few minutes of reprieve while you have your morning coffee and this is the thanks I get.  :nixweiss:

 :P :P :P

Seriously.....I put in the order for you guys.  You're due for some good weather in the near future.  Spell that no snow.....no freezing temps.  :2vrolijk_21:

By the way.....click on the link for the Coronado beach right now and you'll see one of those California sunsets that we're subjected to each evening. Notice the bon fire on the far end of the beach.
alright,,,, I'm starting to warm back up to you a little :P

Spent a few days in Detroit a few weeks ago so I truly do feel guilty "piling on" but it was amazing in So Cal this weekend. I did around 700 miles between the 2 days everywhere from going thru the desert to Palm Springs to thru the mountains and over Ortega Highway to the coast and up Palomar Mountain. Lowest temp was in mid 60's to highest in low 80's. Bike ran amazing and even stopped today at a restaurant called The Hat that a friend told me had the best pastrami in the US including New York (blasphemy I thought) which did blow my socks off.
I know CA has its issues and being in middle mgmt for a large international company is very frustrating continually trying to explain why we cant do in CA what we do all over the world (including China in some cases) but after a weekend like this, I might just have to smile next time my boss yells at me about "The Peoples Republic of California". Dont get me wrong, I hate that part more than most but wow, what a weekend!
I hope the weather starts to break for the rest of you so those of us here can start reading about your "back on the road" stories soon!
