I run the Harley ones, but love them and everyone comments on being able to see me better. I run them all the time.

The real advantage to the moto lights is the "triangle" of light for getting attention.

I agree. I added some pics to my post above to illustrate this.

I'm with Kiro.  I had a set of Motolights on my old '07 Electra Glide and also on my '11 RGU, and I swear by them.  I didn't have the LED bulbs in mine, but I did have the 50 watt halogens, and while I wouldn't want to have to drive solely by them at night, you could hobble home with them if you had to.
Motolights are some of the finest made and looking lights out there, IMO.  But they're proud of them, and of course, you'd have to get the chromed ones, which drives the price up even more.
I just felt better with them on the bike, as I knew I was that much more differentiated and noticeable than a "regular" motorcycle, day or night.  Safety-wise, I think they're a sound investment.

Another entry into the LED auxiliary lighting, and it's from the mothership.

I just added 3.5" 25w 2500 lumens led lights to my 2" 10w 800 lumens led light that works with my 40w 3600 lumens H4 bulb

If you haven't noticed one of the "new parts" in the 2016 Parts listing are brackets to put HD foglights/whatever on the fairing at the turn signal mounts on a 2015-16 Road Glide. Simple piece, chrome or black and $99.95 @ Harley-Davidson.com or in catalog, if you have one.
