Have talked to her many times. She is an amazing lady.

Kathy and I were at the AMA Hall of Fame when Malcolm Smith was inducted. Gloria was there and one of the original Motor Maids had the same last name as Kathy's maiden name. Gloria proceeded to tell us about this lady so Kathy had some background when talking to her mother if this lady was related to them.
She is full of stories, one being when she returned to her home in NJ when she was younger and it was snowing. She called her mother to tell her she was just outside of town. Her mother made her stay there and the police were dispatched to escort her home. She was so embarrassed she would not call her mom again if the weather was bad.
She also called the Harley Macho Men with their shiny Harley's on trailers a bunch of woosies This was said in a Restaurant parking lot on I 95 on the way to Dytona Bike Week in 2005
