G'day from Sydney

Greetings,
Well it's surprised me that I found myself on this forum. I just recently sold my BMW k1600 - and have just bought a CVO Ultra Limited from a dealer interstate. Nothing wrong with the Beemer of course but missing some "X" factor - something missing in the mucho dept.
I only had one short local test ride on a standard Ultra Limited which convinced partner and me.
I found a low kilometre CVO interstate and did the deal over the phone. Bit of a risk, but its a reputable dealer and I'm assured it's like new. The big thing I miss is the excitement in the showroom and riding away into the sunset.

Only one thing on my mind -- the example I rode exhibited some helmet buffeting. The dealer was surprised (and yes the vent was open). I am not tall (5'10"), the air was hitting at top of helmet. Maybe the demo had a shorter screen - or am I just used to the slick air flow of the BMW? Anyway I struck a deal with the dealer of my CVO I can swap out screen if needed.


Picture is of scoot being loaded up for 1000km ride to my driveway. The anticipation is killing me...

screen, I put a 12 inch on mine and its the perfect height for me, I am 6,1
