I am joining this forum because I am looking at possibly buying a 2005 FLHTCSE2 Yellow and Silver in the near future.

Welcome to the board Jon.  We call that model a SEEG.....an acronym for Screamin Eagle Electra Glide.  The 05 was the second year of the SEEG and during 04 and 05 the SEEG was more popular than the Ultra Classic.  So popular that in 06 the MoCo came out with the Street Glide model as a result of the SEEGs popularity.  Just a tid bit of history of the SEEG....
