I'm not sure that was quality control more the damaged in transit or at the dealer.  Either way, I hope they fix it!

If you want to get a better sense of what that would look like...almost (gray motor) get a look at the 2012 CVO Street Glide Black with Graphite Flames. Far more flame graphics on it than the new one.
