Red on the compensator nut, BLUE BLUE BLUE on everything else. There are a few exceptions. Consult your shop manual on TQ specs. If red is required it will tell you!!!!   With blue disassembly is easy. With red if it is screwing into aluminum it will take the threads right out.

I used Blue on most of the applications.  So far no loose bolts or oil leaks!! LOL

Used to use Loctite RC-680 on the drag bikes...........not needed for most applications.
